Licensed and active with the Victoria Real Estate Board since 1973. Urban Land Economics diploma from the University of British Columbia 1980. FRI, RI(B.C.) retired. Member of the Industrial, Commercial and Investment Council of the Canadian Real Estate Association. Member of the Commercial Division of the Victoria Real Estate Board
