As designated representative for the developer, JP was responsible for looking after the interests of purchasers throughout their buying process. He guided over 100 happy customers through their purchase including negotiating contracts, ensuring completion of deficiencies, and walking delighted owners into their new property on possession day. As the Assistant Project Manager supervising a $20 million dollar development he gained in-depth knowledge of building construction design, giving him a superior understanding of the fundamental elements that make up your home.
JP’s formal education and university degree is in Electrical Engineering, which gives him analytical strengths to negotiate effectively combined with technical knowledge to handle any issues that may arise.
