About

A little about myself: I have called Victoria home since 1996, when I moved to the island from a small town called Terrace, B.C. Shortly after I moved here, my late father (a Realtor) introduced me to real estate, and in 2008 I decided to pursue a career in real estate. Unfortunately my timing was poor – I got my license just in time for the real estate market crash! Although it was a challenging time to be starting out my career, I think it has helped me better understand market trends and how to work effectively in both buyer and seller markets. Before becoming a Realtor, I ran my own painting company (Prestige Painting) for 5+ years. During this time, I had the opportunity to meet with, and work for, a variety of clients all over Greater Victoria. I found that I really enjoyed the process of meeting with new people to discuss their homes, and find out what they were hoping to achieve with a new look for their home. I got a great sense of accomplishment tackling big projects and turning weathered homes into stunning results.

This experience taught me how to work with people in such a way that they were excited to pass my name along. Also accountability in taking on projects and seeing them through to a successful finish.

I have adopted the same business practice as a Realtor - always be available, answer questions thoroughly and promptly, give advice that is in my clients best interest, and most of all do a good job!

I am now celebrating over 10 years working in a career that I love. Working with sellers to market their homes to achieve top dollar feels great, and handing keys to buyers (especially first timers!) is a thrill that never gets old.
