Pat has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, either building large institutional and recreational spaces for First Nations to building and renovating homes for homeowners. Pat’s career in this industry took him all over British Columbia but his home has always been here on Vancouver Island and for the last 10 years in the Cowichan Valley. Pat has built his career on being honest and open and incredibly hard working, doing what it takes to get the job done. Pat prides himself on taking his clients’ needs to heart and doing what it takes to get them into a home they can be proud of.
