Hi, I’m Theo Kefalas — a Real Estate Agent / Commercial Broker, Business Advisor, and lifelong entrepreneur who’s been helping people buy, sell, and grow businesses and properties since 2011.

My journey started young. I launched my first business at 18 and went on to build and manage companies in a wide range of industries — from staffing, construction, and immigration services to farming, equipment rentals, food service, consulting, real estate, and even pharmaceutical processing. At one point, I was leading over 500 employees across three companies, which taught me invaluable lessons about leadership, growth, and resilience.

At 25, I was honoured to receive a Top 40 Under 40 Award from Business in Vancouver, and one of my companies was named among the Fastest Growing Private Companies in B.C. Those early experiences gave me a deep understanding of what it takes to build value in a business — and how to help others do the same.

Today, I work with clients through Pemberton Holmes Ltd., serving all facets of real estate — including business sales, commercial real estate, development projects, and residential real estate. Whether you’re buying or selling a company, investing in income properties, planning a development, or looking for your next home, my goal is to help you make confident, well-informed decisions that move you closer to your goals.

I believe success starts with integrity, clear communication, and truly listening to my clients. I combine strategic marketing, detailed analysis, and real-world business experience to deliver results that make a difference.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, exploring nature, camping, hiking, and swimming — especially here on beautiful Vancouver Island. I’m also passionate about wellness and personal growth, and I practice yoga and Qi Gong regularly. My curiosity about health and healing has also led me to study Holistic Nutrition, Herbalism, and Cranio-Sacral Therapy.
