Clive has been with Pemberton Holmes since 2001 and has been practicing in Victoria since 1993. His background includes 30 years of commercial and residential portfolio management services including: asset management, sales and acquisitions, development, marketing, leasing and turnaround of problem properties. Clive is currently a Chair of the Victoria Civic Heritage Trust and was formerly a Director of the Victoria Real Estate Board and former Chair of the Commercial Division of the VREB.
