Born and raised in Victoria, B.C., Pat Guiney is a proud longtime resident of Langford and a passionate contributor to his community. Over the years, he’s coached numerous youth sports teams and remains a dedicated supporter of local baseball, hockey, and lacrosse. Together with his wife, Pat has raised four children—one son and three daughters—all of whom were active in sports and community life.
Pat began his real estate career in 1995 and quickly distinguished himself as a trusted professional with deep local knowledge. But his expertise goes far beyond buying and selling homes—he’s also a licensed Builder with decades of hands-on experience in Development Land, Residential Construction, Investment Properties, Multi-Family projects, and Recreational real estate.
As co-founder of Guiney Bros., alongside his brother John, Pat has built hundreds of homes across the Capital Regional District. Their work includes not only new builds but also thoughtful renovations and relocations of existing homes, transforming them into vibrant strata communities of townhomes and condos.
