Shirley began her career in finance, where she developed strong analytical and operational expertise during her years with a Winnipeg-based airline.

Life took a new turn when she moved to Vancouver Island. Surrounded by its stunning and diverse landscapes, each with their own unique properties, she felt inspired to follow a new path into real estate. The Island’s close-knit coastal towns and vibrant local culture drew her in, compelling her to help others build lives and connections there.

Shirley is a principled, detail-oriented professional who values great communication and truly listening to others. These qualities are essential when guiding clients through the process of buying or selling a home. Having bought and sold several properties herself, she understands firsthand how complex and emotional the experience can be. Overwhelming at times, it is her mission is to help ease that stress wherever possible. Outside of real estate, she enjoys playing tennis with close friends and going for walks with her beloved dogs.
