Jason McLean

After more than 25 years working in Ontario’s film industry, I have proudly called Vancouver Island home for the past 12 years. My career in film taught me how to think outside the box, adapt quickly, collaborate with diverse teams, and maintain a strong work ethic and professionalism under pressure—skills that translate naturally into real estate.

After relocating to the Island, my wife and I owned and operated a small restaurant in Victoria for nearly seven years. This experience strengthened my foundation in customer service, business operations, marketing, and problem-solving, while reinforcing the value of clear communication and strong relationships.

Outside of work, I have a passion for the outdoors and creative pursuits. Photography is a longtime hobby, and I enjoy cycling, sports, music, and spending time exploring the Island’s trails, forests, and beaches.

I am excited to be part of Pemberton Holmes, a proudly Canadian brokerage with deep roots dating back to 1887. I am proud to serve the Cowichan Valley and call Ladysmith home.
