Aaron Kitto*

Aaron was born in Comox, grew up in Cumberland and lives in Courtenay.

Sports were his first love. He competed in most team sports as well as swimming and track and field.

Aaron holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Okanagan College and a Diploma in Business Administration from Okanagan College. He has taken several of UBC's
post graduate certificate in valuation program courses which leads to a professional residential and commercial Real Estate Appraiser designation.

Aaron worked as an Apprentice Carpenter and completed the first and second year of Carpentry training at Camosun College. He enjoys renovating homes in order to get the most income and function out of them. He has worked on the construction of several homes, the Courtenay Regional Library, the Inland Island Highway as well as a few Comox Valley schools. Aaron worked at BC Assessment in Courtenay as a Real Estate Appraiser and Property Information Collector.

He enjoys a good adventure and has traveled to over 30 countries. He worked as a tree faller which took him all over the West Coast and Vancouver Island. He also spent some time in Haida Gwaii and can rave about the immense beauty of these regions.

Aaron's hobbies and interests outside of real estate include skiing, boating to the beach, ocean swimming, garage gym fitness,(health/wellness). Aaron coaches, mentors and helps local athletes with their athletic pursuits.

Aaron believes that the lifestyle in the Comox Valley is second to none. Aaron will help his clients make the best decisions for their specific real estate needs. He is a relatable, warm, trusted real estate professional.
