Brent Gleason*

Born Tahltan in the rugged Yukon and later raised in northern Ontario, I have a deep-rooted connection to diverse cultures and an appreciation for the concept of home. My journey into real estate has been shaped by varied experiences that uniquely position me to understand and serve the needs of my clients.

After travelling cross-Canada in my youth, I then embarked on an adventure abroad, spending a decade working adventure tourism in Europe and the U.S. From navigating rugged terrains to facilitating unforgettable experiences, I developed a keen eye for detail, communication skills, and a passion for creating memorable moments.

On my return to Canada, I chose the vibrant Victoria as my home base to pursue my passion for real estate. Specializing in helping individuals and families discover their dream homes across Vancouver Island, I am committed to providing personalized service, expert guidance, and unwavering support throughout every real estate transaction.

I'm also excited to be teaming up with Sarah Rieger, a seasoned real estate professional with over 8 years of experience. Together, we bring a wealth of knowledge and a shared passion for helping others.

Outside of work, I spend my time exploring new destinations, cooking as much as I can, honing my golf skills, and cherishing moments with my loved ones.
