Real Estate has always been a passion, I have built, flipped, rented, sold, renovated, and purchased homes as short and long term investments. It has always been the driving force behind the success and passion I have with my career.


My name is Drew Kernovich, and I love Real Estate. I was born and raised on Vancouver Island, I have a beautiful family, and a few too many pets. I have always been in Real Estate in one form or another. I started my working career as a carpenter, finishing trade school as a Journeyman Carpenter. I helped build some great homes for Abstract Developments, as well as having my own renovation and project management company called Armoured Contracting. From there I received my Home Inspection licensing and owned Armoured Home Inspections until 2015. I finished my education and became a Realtor and began working with Pemberton Holmes and have not looked back.

I have a very proactive approach to Real Estate, I like to get to know the clients and hand pick listings they may be interested in. I pride myself in my negotiation strategies and being able to see value that may not be obvious.

Having a strong construction background can be a great benefit to my clients. Perhaps there are questions about renovations, best return on investment practice, or if there are concerns about types of wiring or plumbing. I welcome any and all questions, and can provide an opinion with a strong background to back it up.

I make myself available 24/7 to ensure that my clients are not left in the dark, on what is going to be the biggest purchase of their lives.
