Errik Ferreira

Raised in the Cowichan Valley, Errik has enjoyed living in a smaller but abundant community allowing him to spend time with family and friends while making lasting connections. After spending 7 years in Alberta in the Oil & Gas Industry, Errik soon realized how much he missed working and living within the Valley, and wanted to reconnect with the area, his home, friends and family. Shortly after this decision he embarked on his new career as a Realtor® and became licensed in 2020. Errik wanted a local Vancouver Island Brokerage rich with history and roots to the community, which is why he chose to work at Pemberton Holmes Ltd.

Eager to learn and naturally personable, Errik has enjoyed many aspects of his new career including the opportunity to meet with new people, learn and get to know his clients & their goals and connecting with old friends and past relationships.

He loves that this career path allows for him to learn something new everyday, and is eager to utilize the knowledge he has gained from his colleagues and mentors. He has a warm and friendly demeanour and his clients often express that he makes them feel calm, comfortable and at ease.

Errik appreciates everything the Cowichan Valley has to offer, from the warm community feel, to the heritage & history, and to the active lifestyle opportunities. The Valley really feels like home and where he is supposed to be. He stays active within the community by playing on local baseball & hockey teams, hiking & biking the numerous mountains the valley has to offer and playing a round of golf when he gets the chance.
