Gary Sandhu is a second generation builder and first generation Realtor. Gary's first introduction into the industry was at the age of 12, when he was put to work during a cold winter installing subfloors. From then on Gary spent years becoming well versed with tools, the process and the trade, before moving on to working in retail where he learned and enhanced his customer experience skills.

After his high school graduation he went on to attended a well-renowned University for his post-secondary education, where he specialized in finance, business, marketing, real estate, computer science, and classical studies. Gary represented the University as a varsity wrestler under an Olympic coach and trained alongside Team Canada, while working for the University's Employment Resource Centre he facilitated many networking sessions for many renowned big corporations, and interned during the summers.

Upon graduation Gary wanted a taste of the corporate environment on a full-time basis and worked as a junior programmer analyst for a few years before deciding it wasn't where he felt complete.

After leaving a corporate environment, Gary decided to transition back into the trades working for some of his relatives and family in a management position where he obtained his own builders license. Familiar with ins and outs of the Real Estate industry, he was strongly encouraged to obtain his real estate license from many around him.

Being familiar with Pemberton Holmes as a boy, with its amazing culture and supportive staff, Gary Sandhu is now happily a part of an ever so growing historical organization which he loves to call home, Pemberton Holmes.

As Gary Sandhu is hardworking individual who has learned about the respect, the dedication of the craft and what it takes from years of experience in the industry.
