Haley Lopez*

Haley Lopez was born and raised in Victoria, BC, the "garden city", and has called it her home for the better part of 35 years. She is an avid walker, nature enthusiast, and minor history buff and therefore very much enjoys Victoria's walk-ability, diverse ecosystems, and rich history as evidenced by the city's colourful and ornate heritage architecture.

Haley begun her real estate career as a member of a highly successful real estate team through which she quickly gained experience helping clients navigate through different types of real estate transactions. She equally enjoys working with both sellers and buyers, and understands the complexities of different types of real estate products including new construction, leaseholds, as well as strata and single family detached properties. Prior to becoming a Realtor, she was a successful tour-guide for several years where she showcased the highlights of the city to tourists from all over the world, taking them through an assortment of neighborhoods, pubs, gardens, and other "hidden gems". She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from Royal Roads University, and also owns a successful company that specializes in fire safety planning for both new and existing commercial, residential, and institutional buildings.

As a Realtor, Haley likes helping people build wealth or create a custom lifestyle through the purchase of a home or investment property but most of all, she loves building lasting relationships with her clients. For her, this requires staying educated in the industry, timely communication, and providing information in a clear and concise manner so clients are able to make informed decisions that best suite their particular needs and desires.

On a personal note, Haley loves being a wife and mother, and understands the unique challenges of blended families, and being a working parent. She is passionate about creating an environmentally sustainable lifestyle that focuses on supporting local businesses and reducing consumption, particularly that of single-use plastic products. She loves Pina Coladas, oversized sweaters, Baileys in coffee, scented candles, natural soaps, fancy chocolate, tacos, cocktail dresses, and of course, Blundstones (a Westcoast cliche but nonetheless true!).
