JP began his real estate career in 2006, taking a position in sales and project management for a large condominium development in the Kootenays, in Nelson BC. JP personally sold over 40 homes and managed the sales of nearly 100 strata units, effectively qualifying him as an expert in condominium sales and strata transactions. As designated representative for the developer, JP was responsible for looking after the interests of purchasers throughout their buying process. He guided over 100 happy customers through their purchase including negotiating contracts, ensuring completion of deficiencies, and walking delighted owners into their new property on possession day. As the Assistant Project Manager supervising a $20 million dollar development he gained in-depth knowledge of building construction design, giving him a superior understanding of the fundamental elements that make up your home.

JP's formal education and university degree is in Electrical Engineering, which gives him analytical strengths to negotiate effectively combined with technical knowledge to handle any issues that may arise. JP has owned property in several locations across North America and he consequently brings a broad perspective that considers and applies best practice to accomplishing your real estate goals. Aside from work, you can find JP enjoying the walkability of beautiful Victoria in Beacon Hill Park or the Inner Harbour, spending time with family, beekeeping and raising chickens, playing disc golf, and dancing salsa and swing.
