Patrick Achtzner

Patrick Achtzner was born in Victoria, BC and other than a brief stint in Calgary in the late seventies, where he worked in construction, Victoria has been his home. He continued in the construction industry when he returned to Victoria, but in 1980 decided that real estate was his calling.

Because of his connections with building industry professionals, including contractors, trades people, architects and designers, Patrick is especially helpful when home modifications are needed. He also has a background in appraisals.

Patrick has received numerous awards as a real estate agent and has consistently ranked as one of the top realtors in his office, averaging a home sold each week.

Patrick shares his life with his wonderful wife Lory and has three grown children. He is an outdoor enthusiast and is particularly drawn to downhill skiing, cycling, and kayaking. Patrick has been a member of the Gorge Soccer Association for many years and has participated in the last two World Masters Games.
