Hi, and thank you for taking the time to allow me to introduce myself. I am a Realtor® with Pemberton Holmes and a Mortgage Broker with Dominion Lending.

In 1999, I completed the UBC Real Estate Urban Economics, June 2017, I diversified my business path and became a Realtor®. In less than 2 years I achieved the leading new Realtor® agent award for 2018.

Being dual-licensed is unique and advantageous as not every real estate transaction is the same. Purchasing and or selling a home are major events that will most likely have financing requirements and can have life-changing decisions. These decisions should be trusted to an agent who cares and understands what's involved. I am committed to a high level of communication, every step of the way. I take the time to listen and educate my clients so that in the end, they are empowered to make their move with confidence.

I feel privileged to live, work and play in the Valley. I enjoy being actively involved in community organizations, charities and recreational pursuits. I enjoy boating, fishing, golfing and exploring the many trails and outdoor activities at our finger tips.
