Peter has always been a believer in the life-enhancing aspects of property ownership. He embraces this, not just in terms of its role in creating financial security and a legacy for our children, but in the grounding and transformational aspects of owning one's home and having a family nest to feather. This long-standing belief and almost 40 years of experience investing in real estate, has inspired Peter out into the field to join his colleagues at Pemberton Holmes in connecting people to place. Peter lives on Salt Spring Island where he is raising two teenagers with his wife Lynda. For many years Peter co-owned and operated Salt Spring Kayak and Cycle. Peter is grateful to have made Salt Spring Island his home for more than 35 years. He is past president of the Chamber of Commerce and founding Director of the Salt Spring Institute for Sustainability, Education and Action. With a degree in Art History he is a practicing artist and the past president of the Salt Spring Gallery. He looks forward to engaging with you in the art of the possible when it comes to your real estate hopes and dreams.
