We are David and Betty Kempling and have had the privilege of working with Erin Williams over the past few months.
We approached her as a result of her selling our friends’ home that we were caretaking and saw the detail of information that she presented to prospective buyers. This was the deciding factor and we wanted her to represent us in buying a new home and selling ours.
We have lived on Salt Spring Island for 41 years and in our home for 36 1/2 years. We bought our home privately, so buying our present place and selling has been a whole new experience. She has been professional, courteous, a wealth of information, friendly, fun and patient with us. I don’t know how many emails and texts we sent her during our times of feeling incompetence, but she always responding with positive feedback to us.
