Please note that there may be some delay to receive the email with your password reset. If you don’t receive it within 30 minutes, please check the following:
- Check spam folder in your application
- If using webmail, login and check spam folder there too
- Whitelist “pembertonholmes.com” in your mail program and in your webmail
- Try to reset the password again
If you still do not receive the password reset, please contact the agent helpdesk in the Cloverdale office to do a manual reset.
Note that passwords are required to be very strong: 25 characters with mixed upper and lower case, numbers, and special characters. It’s helpful to choose a pass phrase, for example:
